Human Umbilical Cord Blood Derived CD4+ T Helper cells

CD4+ T helper cells are responsible for regulating human immune system through activation of cascade of mechanism of other immune cells, and redirect them further for performing various functions. These cells are importantly determining activation/inactivation of B cell antibodies along with the growth and activation of cytotoxic T cells. These cells are isolated from a pool of mononuclear cells from human umbilical cord blood by positive selection using immunomagnetic cell separation techniques.
